In both he attained a high level of classification. His client roster includes Hollywood celebrities, high level prominent figures in financial industry, supermodels and numerous prestigious international figures.
Ahmed was part of the opening team in Equinox in NYC where he packed a house for his cardio kickboxing classes and therein developed a huge following. He moved on from there to form his own concept for a smaller, more intimate boutique gym in NYC.

Alyssa Gagarin is a certified fitness professional living in NYC, pursuing her many passions. Having received her personal training certification from International Sports Science Academy, she maintains a very active lifestyle with boxing, yoga, hiking, lifting, and high intensity workouts. Her passion for fitness also carries over into the culinary world where she is a personal chef as well as an instructor at a health conscious culinary school for kids. Additionally, Alyssa is an actor and holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Penn State University.
Janna is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is working with all types of people with different goals. Growing up she played table tennis, did gymnastics, swimming and variety of dancing. Exercise is her passion and she loves motivating others to find their limits and push themselves beyond it. When she is not at the studio, Janna works as a professional fashion and fitness model.
Magdi is a former International athlete who did Track and Field from 1989 through 2001. Furthermore, Magdi was the Egyptian record holder for 800 - 1500 meters in 1990 and he was also a member of Idea Health & Fitness Association in 2012. Magdi was a member of USA Track & Field for USATF in 2007, and a member of New York Road running club NYRRC in 2010.
Magdi is certified in CPR AED and first aid certified in stretching Integrity since 2015. Certified in TRX in 2016, certified in Queen ax2016, certified in Egyptian Olympic Academy for sports leaders in 1992 USA Track and Field coaching, and in education in 2007 USATF certified personal trainer cft International Sports Sciences Association issa 2012. Magdi is currently enrolled in City University of New York CUNY to advance his abroad knowledge in the fitness industry.
