Policy & Procedures
1. There is a 24hr Cancellation policy for all purchased classes and sessions. This policy applies to rescheduling within the 24hr time period as well.
2. Ensure that you communicate with a PushLab staff member(s) for any emergency or cancellation via e-mail, or phone.
3. Have consideration and respect towards other class members who are or will be taking the classes.
4. No phone calls during class session (Please, if needed put it on silence or off).
5. Clients MUST be present 5 to 10 minutes prior to starting the class. (You will be charged as a late cancellation if you had a spot reserved).
